Synopsis

Maari 2 is a 2018 Indian Tamil action-comedy film directed by Balaji Mohan. The movie is a sequel to the 2015 film Maari and stars Dhanush reprising his role as the charming and quirky gangster Maari. This time around, Maari finds himself facing off against a new nemesis, a gangster named Beeja, played by Tovino Thomas. The film takes the audience on a rollercoaster ride filled with action, humor, and drama as Maari battles against Beeja and his own past to protect his loved ones and his territory.
