Reviews

HAPPY! has received a mix of positive and negative reviews from critics. Rotten Tomatoes gave the show a rating of 85% based on 28 reviews, with the consensus stating 'HAPPY!'s energetic and frequently absurd approach doesn't always balance its humor and violence, but Christopher Meloni's performance is incredibly fun to watch.' IMDb users have rated the show 8.2/10, praising its dark humor, unpredictable storyline, and the dynamic between Meloni and his animated co-star. Metacritic, however, has a more mixed score of 57 based on 10 reviews, with critics noting the show's over-the-top violence and sometimes uneven tone. Despite some criticisms, many viewers enjoy the show's unique premise, standout performances, and willingness to push boundaries in the increasingly crowded world of TV entertainment.
