Synopsis

Set in Lakeview Terrace, a peaceful suburban neighborhood, the movie follows an interracial couple, Chris and Lisa Mattson, as they move into their dream home. Their neighbor, Abel Turner, a veteran LAPD officer played by Samuel L. Jackson, initially seems friendly but soon reveals his deeply ingrained prejudices.
