Reviews

Despite a star-studded cast led by Gene Hackman and Ray Romano, "Welcome to Mooseport" fails to live up to the expectations set by its talented actors. With a lackluster script and uninspired direction, the film struggles to find its footing and relies heavily on cliches and predictable gags. Rotten Tomatoes gave it a paltry rating of 13%, indicating a lack of critical approval. IMDb users rated it 5.3/10, reflecting a mixed audience reaction. Metacritic scored it at 33/100, with many reviewers criticizing its formulaic plot and missed comedic opportunities. Overall, while the performances may shine at moments, the overall execution leaves much to be desired.
