Reviews
Despite an all-star cast featuring the likes of Dudley Moore, Bryan Brown, and Richard Griffiths, 'Blame It on the Bellboy' fails to live up to its potential according to critics. Rotten Tomatoes gave the film a meager 19% rating, criticizing its weak storyline and reliance on tired comedy tropes. IMDb users were slightly more forgiving, giving it a rating of 5.5 out of 10, but still pointing out the film's lackluster execution. The film's attempt at farcical humor falls flat for many viewers, with some finding it predictable and cringe-worthy. While the beautiful Venetian backdrop adds some visual appeal, it is not enough to salvage the film from its fundamental flaws.
