Reviews
Death Wish 3 is a polarizing film that has garnered mixed reviews from critics and audiences alike. While some praise its unapologetic action sequences and Bronson's commanding presence, others criticize its simplistic plot and over-the-top violence. Rotten Tomatoes gave it a low 16% rating, indicating a generally negative reception, with critics pointing out the excessive violence and lack of depth in the storyline. Metacritic's score of 18/100 reflects similar sentiments, highlighting the film's shortcomings in terms of character development and narrative progression. On IMDb, the audience rating stands at 5.8/10, suggesting a divisive reaction from viewers who either appreciate the film's gritty charm or dismiss it as a mindless action flick. Despite its flaws, Death Wish 3 maintains a cult following among fans of the vigilante genre, drawn to its raw energy and uncompromising portrayal of urban decay and vigilantism.
