Synopsis

In the year 2056, Earth is dying, and humanity's last hope lies with the mission to Mars. Red Planet follows a team of astronauts led by Commander Bowman (Val Kilmer) as they set out on a perilous journey to the red planet in the hopes of terraforming Mars and creating a new home for humanity. However, when their landing goes awry and their robotic assistant turns against them, the team must navigate the hostile Martian landscape while facing internal struggles and external threats. As tensions rise and resources dwindle, the crew must work together to survive against all odds in this gripping sci-fi thriller.
