Synopsis

The Way Way Back is a heartfelt coming-of-age comedy-drama that follows 14-year-old Duncan as he navigates a tumultuous summer vacation with his mother and her overbearing boyfriend. Finding solace at a local water park, Duncan forms a unique bond with the quirky park manager Owen, who helps him gain confidence and come into his own.
