Helldriver

Synopsis

In the action-horror film "Helldriver" directed by Yoshihiro Nishimura, a mysterious alien mist sweeps across Japan turning its citizens into bloodthirsty zombies with a craving for human flesh. The government erects a barrier to contain the outbreak, but a young girl named Kika (Yumiko Hara) is immune to the virus. Armed with her chainsaw sword and fueled by revenge for her family, Kika embarks on a dangerous mission to destroy the source of the zombie plague, a giant zombie queen. Along the way, Kika forms an unlikely alliance with a group of eccentric survivors, as they battle hordes of undead and face twisted mutations in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Through gruesome battles and unexpected revelations, Kika's journey becomes a fight for survival and a quest for redemption.
