Rock of Ages

Synopsis

In the 1980s, aspiring actress Sherrie Christian arrives in Los Angeles and meets aspiring rocker Drew Boley at the Bourbon Room, a famous club on the Sunset Strip. Their love story unfolds amidst the backdrop of the Sunset Strip and the music scene. The Bourbon Room, run by Dennis Dupree and his assistant Lonny, faces financial troubles and the threat of closure due to the schemes of a conservative activist. Meanwhile, iconic rock star Stacee Jaxx starts a solo career and faces personal and professional challenges. Through a mix of rock classics and a heartfelt story, 'Rock of Ages' celebrates the power of music and love in a nostalgic trip to the 1980s glam rock era.
