Synopsis

Set in the Joseon Dynasty, King and the Clown follows the story of two wandering street performers who are brought to the palace to entertain the king. Gwanghae, a capricious and tyrannical ruler, becomes enthralled by the performances of the clown duo. However, their comedic act takes a dark turn as they get entangled in the palace intrigue, leading to unforeseen consequences.
