Reviews
Critics have generally praised Crazy for its honest and heartfelt portrayal of adolescence. On IMDb, the film holds a rating of 6.6/10, reflecting a moderately positive reception from viewers. Many fans and reviewers commend Robert Stadlober's compelling performance and the authentic depiction of 80s youth culture. The film has been noted for effectively capturing the angst and isolation experienced by teenagers, with its soundtrack and period details adding to the immersive atmosphere. However, some critics have pointed out pacing issues and occasional predictability in the plot. According to some reviews on Metacritic, the film receives mixed to positive feedback, with appreciation for its emotional depth counterbalanced by critiques of a somewhat conventional narrative. Rotten Tomatoes does not list a critic score, but user reviews highlight a strong emotional connection to the film's themes. Overall, Crazy is regarded as a touching and relatable youth drama, though it may not appeal to all due to its slower moments and straightforward storytelling.
