Reviews

Curse of Mardi Gras received predominantly negative reviews from critics and audiences alike. On IMDb, it holds a low rating of 2.9/10, reflecting widespread dissatisfaction with the filmโ€™s execution. Many reviewers criticized the movie for its clichรฉd plot and lack of originality, with some describing it as a forgettable entry in the horror genre. For instance, user reviews highlighted the filmโ€™s poor pacing and uninspired scares. While some appreciated the atmospheric attempt at capturing Mardi Grasโ€™ ambiance, most found that the supernatural elements and character development were underwhelming. Rotten Tomatoes does not have an official critic score for the film, indicating limited critical attention. Metacritic also lacks a rating, suggesting the film did not make a significant impact on mainstream critics.
