Reviews

"How to Use Guys with Secret Tips" received mixed reviews from critics and audiences alike. On IMDb, it holds a rating of 6.4/10, indicating a moderate reception from viewers. Critics praised Lee Si-young's charismatic performance and the film's quirky humor, with The Korea Herald noting that "Lee's lively portrayal injects energy into a formulaic romantic comedy." However, some reviewers found the premise and execution somewhat predictable and clichéd. On Rotten Tomatoes, the film does not have an official rating, but user reviews reflect a range of opinions—some appreciated the film's light entertainment value and playful narrative, while others criticized it for lacking depth and originality. Overall, the film is recognized for its charm and comedic moments but is also noted to follow familiar rom-com tropes without significant innovation.
