Reviews
Nomads, a film directed by John McTiernan, received mixed reviews from critics upon its release. While some praised the atmospheric tension and compelling performances, others found the plot to be convoluted and the pacing to be inconsistent. Rotten Tomatoes gave the movie a rating of 36%, with critics highlighting the eerie atmosphere and Brosnan's engaging portrayal. On IMDb, the film has a rating of 5.2/10. Variety remarked "Nomads is a stylish, atmospheric, and diverting supernatural thriller that marks an impressive feature directorial debut for John McTiernan." However, Roger Ebert gave the film 1.5/4 stars, criticizing the narrative as confusing and disjointed. Despite its flaws, Nomads has garnered a small cult following for its unique take on urban folklore and supernatural horror.
