Synopsis

In the movie 1408, Mike Enslin, played by John Cusack, is a skeptical author and paranormal investigator who decides to spend a night in the infamous room 1408 at the Dolphin Hotel. Despite the warnings from the hotel manager, played by Samuel L. Jackson, Mike enters the room with the intent of debunking its supernatural reputation. However, he soon realizes that the room is not just a regular haunted space but a malevolent force that preys on his deepest fears and regrets. As Mike's reality begins to unravel, he must confront the horrors of room 1408 before it consumes him completely.
