Synopsis
A Bucket of Blood, directed by Michael James McDonald and released in 1995, follows the story of Walter Paisley, a dim-witted busboy at a Bohemian café in Los Angeles. Seeking recognition in the art world, Walter accidentally kills his landlady's cat, and in a twisted turn of events, he covers the deceased animal in clay, passing it off as a statue entitled 'Dead Cat'. His newfound success leads him down a dark and gruesome path as Walter seeks to create more 'masterpieces'. As his sculptures gain notoriety, Walter's facade begins to crumble, revealing his disturbed mind.
