Synopsis
Dawn Patrol follows John 'Skylar' Black, a former surfer turned drug dealer, who navigates the dangerous waters of his small beach-town community in San Diego. Skylar's life takes a dangerous turn when his brother is found dead due to a surfing accident that seems suspicious.
