Reviews
Dirty Work is a mixed bag of laughs and silliness, ideal for those looking for mindless entertainment. While the film doesn't rely on clever humor or a deep narrative, it delivers a series of outrageous and nonsensical scenarios that evoke chuckles from viewers. Critics have pointed out the film's lowbrow comedy style and predictability, but many have also praised Norm Macdonald's deadpan delivery and the chemistry between the main characters. IMDb users have rated the movie 6.4/10, indicating a generally favorable reception among audiences, who appreciate its quirky charm and memorable one-liners. Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic's low scores of 14% and 24/100 respectively reflect the movie's divisive reception, with some finding its crude humor off-putting while others celebrate its absurdity and slapstick comedy. In conclusion, Dirty Work is a light-hearted and entertaining film that may not be everyone's cup of tea, but can provide a good dose of laughter for those seeking a simple escape from reality.
