Reviews
'Death at Oslo C' has garnered mixed reviews from audiences and critics alike. On IMDb, it holds a modest rating of 6.1/10, indicating a polarized reception. Critics praised the film's raw and authentic portrayal of Oslo's underbelly and the compelling performances by the young actors, notably Håvard Bakke. According to a review by Verdens Gang, 'The film captures the essence of youth rebellion and the harsh realities faced by street kids in Oslo,' giving it a rating of 4 out of 6 stars. On the other hand, some critics pointed out the film's pacing issues and lack of character depth. Dagbladet mentioned that 'While the film starts strong, it sometimes struggles to maintain its narrative momentum,' rating it 3 out of 5. TV2 noted that 'The movie tackles important social issues, but at times feels too contrived,' which echoes the sentiment of several viewers who appreciated the film's intent but found the execution wanting.
