Synopsis

Excess Baggage is a 2015 comedy film starring Brad Hills about a wealthy young woman staging her own kidnapping to gain attention from her indifferent father. Her plan takes an unexpected turn when she is actually kidnapped by a car thief who has his own problems to deal with.
