Synopsis

In the movie Frayed, a small town is terrorized by a serial killer known as the 'Family Man'. As the bodies pile up, the residents are gripped with fear and suspicion. When local detective Pat O'Connor, portrayed by Tony Doupe, begins to investigate the murders, he uncovers dark secrets that tie the victims together.
