Synopsis

In the 1979 Japanese action film G.I. Samurai, directed by Koichi Takano, Sonny Chiba portrays a time-traveling officer who leads a group of modern-day Japanese Self-Defense Forces soldiers back to the Warring States period. The soldiers find themselves caught in a brutal conflict, where they must adapt to the ancient ways of war to survive and find a way back to their own time.
