Reviews
Despite receiving mixed reviews, 'Honey, I Blew Up the Kid' managed to entertain audiences with its comedic elements and family-friendly theme. While some critics found the concept absurd and the special effects lacking, others praised the light-hearted nature of the film. Rotten Tomatoes gave it a 40% rating, indicating a fair share of disappointment among critics. On the other hand, IMDb's 4.9/10 and Metacritic's 50/100 ratings suggest a more polarized response from viewers. Some reviews highlighted the imaginative premise and Rick Moranis' endearing performance, while others criticized the lack of depth in the plot. Despite its flaws, the movie's charm and humor have resonated with fans of the family comedy genre.
