Little Evil has received a generally positive reception from critics, with a 92% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, highlighting its effective blend of horror and comedy. Critics praised Adam Scottโs performance and the filmโs ability to satirize horror tropes while maintaining an engaging narrative. Rotten Tomatoes notes that the film "delivers a fresh, fun take on the haunted child genre," applauding its witty script and balance between scares and laughs. However, the movie's IMDb rating stands at 5.7/10, reflecting a more mixed audience response, with some viewers finding the tone uneven or the horror elements less intense than expected.
