Synopsis

Set in the late 1970s, 'Lymelife' revolves around the Bartlett family residing in a Long Island suburb. Scott, a teenager, navigates the complexities of young love and family dynamics amidst a Lyme disease outbreak in their community. His parents, Mickey and Brenda, are facing their own marital challenges while dealing with personal crises. The arrival of Scott's older brother, Jimmy, who has recently returned from the army, adds a new layer of tension to their already fragile relationships. As secrets come to light and relationships are put to the test, the Bartletts must confront their inner demons and strive to find acceptance and understanding in the face of adversity.
