Reviews
Despite a promising premise, 'Necromancy' fails to deliver a cohesive and engaging narrative, leaving viewers confused and underwhelmed. The film struggles to build tension and suspense, relying heavily on outdated special effects and cliched horror tropes. The pacing feels disjointed, with long stretches of exposition that do little to advance the plot. Orson Welles' performance, while noteworthy, is overshadowed by the lackluster writing and direction. Overall, 'Necromancy' falls short of its potential, earning a low rating of 4.6/10 on IMDb. Critics have described it as a forgettable addition to the supernatural horror genre, with little to offer in terms of originality or scares.
