Synopsis

Out of Time is a 2003 American thriller film starring Denzel Washington as a respected Chief of Police Matt Lee Whitlock in a small Florida town. Whitlock becomes entangled in a web of deceit, betrayal, and murder when he tries to protect the woman he loves from being wrongfully accused of a crime.
