Synopsis

In the year 1999, Tokyo faces a new challenge as large robotic labor units called Labors begin to go haywire, causing chaos and destruction. To combat this threat, the Special Vehicle Section 2, a police division equipped with Patrol Labors, is formed. As they investigate the mysterious incidents, they are drawn into a complex web of intrigue and danger that could ultimately put the entire city at risk. As tensions rise and the line between man and machine blurs, the fate of Tokyo hangs in the balance.
