Synopsis

In the summer of 1985, fourteen-year-old Rad Miracle arrives in Ocean City, Maryland, with his family for vacation. Obsessed with ping pong and hip hop, Rad befriends an expert player named Teddy Fryy who helps him improve his game and gain confidence. As Rad navigates the challenges of adolescence, he finds himself in a face-off against a local bully, all while discovering the importance of friendship and staying true to oneself amidst the vibrant backdrop of the '80s. Ping Pong Summer is a coming-of-age tale filled with nostalgia, heartwarming moments, and the universal theme of finding one's place in the world.
