Reviews
"Rolling to You" received a mixed but generally positive reception from critics and audiences alike. On IMDb, it holds a rating of 6.5/10, indicating that viewers found it enjoyable though not exceptional. Critics praised Franck Dubosc's charismatic performance and the film's sensitive treatment of disability-related topics wrapped in comedic elements. The Hollywood Reporter highlighted the movie's "warmhearted charm and the lead's comedic timing," though it noted that some of the plot devices felt "predictable and formulaic." Rotten Tomatoes does not have an official critic score but audience scores suggest moderate appreciation for the filmโs humor and heartfelt moments. Metacritic ratings are limited but reflect similar sentiments. Some reviewers pointed out that while the premise risks insensitivity, the movie handles the subject matter with respect, avoiding offensive stereotypes, which contributes to its overall likability. However, others felt the humor sometimes undercuts the more serious themes, leading to an uneven tone. Overall, "Rolling to You" is seen as a light, feel-good romantic comedy that combines laughs with a message about acceptance and relationships.
