Synopsis

Stephanie Plum is a newly divorced woman who lost her job and is desperate for money. To make ends meet, she takes a job as a bounty hunter at her cousin's bail bond business. Her first case involves tracking down an ex-boyfriend who is now a murder suspect. As Stephanie delves into the case, she faces danger and unexpected twists.
