Synopsis

In Police Academy 4: Citizens on Patrol, the misfit officers of the academy return, this time on a mission to involve civilians in law enforcement. Led by Carey Mahoney (Steve Guttenberg), the team faces comedic chaos as regular citizens volunteer for the Citizens on Patrol program.
