Reviews
Intruder received mixed reviews from both critics and audiences, reflected in its IMDb rating of 6.1/10. Many reviewers praised Kim Moo-yul's compelling performance and the filmโs atmospheric tension. Rotten Tomatoes does not have an official Tomatometer rating for this title, but audience scores point to a moderate reception. Critics on platforms such as Asian Movie Pulse highlighted the movie's tight pacing and psychological thrills, noting that the movie succeeds in maintaining suspense without relying on typical horror clichรฉs. However, some reviewers pointed out that the plot sometimes felt predictable and the character development lacked depth. For example, a review from The Korea Herald mentioned that while the film delivers enough twists to keep viewers engaged, it doesn't quite reach the emotional depth it aims for. Overall, Intruder is appreciated for its chilling premise and intriguing performances, though it may not fully satisfy fans seeking a deeply original psychological thriller.
