Escape from New York

Synopsis

In the year 1997, the island of Manhattan has been transformed into a maximum-security prison where criminals are left to fend for themselves. When the President's plane crash-lands in this dangerous territory, ex-soldier turned criminal Snake Plissken is given a chance for redemption. Tasked with rescuing the President, Snake must navigate the treacherous streets filled with ruthless gangs and navigate his way out of the island within 24 hours. As time ticks away, Snake encounters various challenges and unexpected allies in his mission to survive and complete the impossible rescue.
