Synopsis

In the midst of the Vietnam War, Love and Honor follows the story of a young soldier, Dalton Joiner (played by Liam Hemsworth), who experiences a profound journey of love and personal growth. When Dalton's girlfriend, a beautiful college student, decides to break off their relationship, he becomes disillusioned. However, his world shifts dramatically when he receives a letter revealing that she has moved on. Determined to reclaim her affection, Dalton escapes military life and embarks on a journey back home to win her back amid the turbulence of war and the struggles of young love. The film touches on themes of honor, loyalty, and the complexities of relationships, ultimately asking the question of what sacrifices we are willing to make for love.
