Synopsis

In the 1940s, the seemingly idyllic marriage of Harry and Pat takes a dark turn when Harry falls in love with a younger woman and contemplates murdering his wife to be with her. As Harry navigates the complexities of his affair, his best friend Richard and Richard's wife, played by Pierce Brosnan and Rachel McAdams respectively, become entangled in a web of deceit and betrayal.
